"My experience with this agency has been consistently bad for the past 3 years. It is some of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I have had my auto and rental insurance bundled with them since 2023. I recall when I changed cars and asked to cancel the old policy and start a new one on my new vehicle, they kept billing me for both cars when I called to complain they refused to accept any responsibility but simply said they would credit me for the dual payment. They pull your credit without letting you know in advance until you get the letter in the mail. When you call to complain, they will gaslight you that you don’t know what you’re talking about and that it’s a soft pull even when you have a document in your hands showing the credit check. This has been my main problem with them. They never apologize or take any responsibility for anything. It’s always “you don’t understand, that’s not what happened etc”. Spare yourself the headache and find another Statefarm agency. I have no experience of the follow through and coverage because I have been fortunate in the 3 years I’ve had my insurance with them to not have any claims yet but the customer service from Yesenia and her team SUCKS big time."
